I'm back, did you miss me? Well, I'm back as long as I have something to say, so who knows how long that might last. Anyway, I thought I would give you a quick update on our family of 3.5 (I'll count Cass as a half). My mom was here for the last week helping out and it was great. She calmed all my fears, taught us, and fed us. Now we're on our own...it's kind of scary. But so far so good.
Thanks mom!
The babe, he is good. He eat, sleeps, and poots (a lot). poot= toot/poop, I bet you wanted to know that. I think it is fair to say that we like him a lot. Everyone told me not to wish him out because they are so much easier to take care of in the womb. They were right, he was less maintenance. But I sure love not being pregnant, and I'd rather be able to smother him with kisses than endure endless elbow pokes and waddling.
Then we have the .5 of the family. I'm sure Bill would be displeased with me referring to our cat as a child since he is a cat not a human. But Cass has been struggling with older sibling syndrome. He feels neglected and has been acting out. He runs around the apartment like a maniac and misbehaves. He doesn't know what to think of the baby. But he is warming up to him and is very curious. All he needs is a little extra TLC. I think this picture states exactly how he feels about the baby, annoyed.
