Asher is a poor painter. He rarely remembers to put paint on his brush, and he pays far more attention to the TV. But he is excited to be done, because that means we're closer to moving, and that means he gets to spend more time with his mom.

I hate having to repaint just to move. hate it.

You guys are repainting? We didn't bother... For us at least, what Regents was going to charge us was less than what we would've spent on paint supplies.
But get this, we gave them a check to cover our move-out costs and they never cashed it! We even called them a couple of months later to make sure they got the check and they said yes. But then they still never cashed it!
